From Google Sign-In: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address. We use these to create and identify your account.
Data you enter: Teams, player names and profiles, game records, batting orders, lineup rules, and any other information you choose to add to the Service.
Basic usage data: We use a website monitoring service to track performance and capture errors. This service receives anonymized technical data (such as page load times and JavaScript errors) but does not receive your name, email, or any content you enter. We do not use advertising networks or user-tracking services.
We use the information we collect solely to provide and improve GameCard. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.
Your data is stored on secure servers. We take reasonable precautions to protect it, but no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee against unauthorized access, hardware failures, or other unforeseen events, and we are not liable for any resulting loss.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account (available from your Profile page), all associated data — teams, players, games, and records — is permanently deleted.
We use Google OAuth for sign-in. Google's handling of your information during authentication is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store your Google password.
We use a third-party website monitoring service to help us identify performance issues and errors. This service processes anonymized technical diagnostics only and is not used for advertising or user profiling.
GameCard is intended for use by coaches who are adults. The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Coaches who enter information about minor players are responsible for having appropriate authorization to do so and for compliance with applicable laws.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Profile page. For any other data requests or concerns, contact us at [email protected].
GameCard uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. Our website monitoring service may set cookies or use browser storage for performance diagnostics. No advertising or user-tracking cookies are used.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
